SO, i dunno if anyone else has had this or if it's just my computer but when i've been stomping around deviantart for a while looking at galleries EVENTUALLY I get that dumb SECURITY ALERT! and am whisked away to some other website or something where i am PRESSED to download what is obviously a virus.

Frankly this has happened to me so many times on deviantart I'm pretty much paranoid to do anything (it's an ordeal to do ctrl, alt, delete now- thanks windows vista!) i mean every forty seconds or so adCast is updating making weird clicky noises in my browser and EVERY time I'm afraid it's this virus place.

Worse yet I had a dream last night where I couldn't get off of it. That's right, now I'm having nightmares. Ugh, it was awful. There were pop ups with horrible, weirdly altered fake porn playing (the sort where you're frantically exiting the browser only to have three more pop up in it's place- THE HYDRA)

I've heard of people having this problem on facebook as well, it's just annoying and a waste of time (especially when I always want to run a virus check afterwards (unclean, unclean!) for my computer's safety) Does anyoen know anything about keeping my browser from falling for this stupid trick (let me guess, the answer is to download firefox).
